At 9:15AM Troopers arrested Gary L. Hardesty, age 54 , of 14 Beetle Street, Providence, RI, for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure To Appear for Arraignment for the charge of Operating Without A License, originating from the East Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Elmwood Avenue. Hardesty was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and then turned over to 6th District Court.
At 1:15 PM, Troopers arrested Olayimika Odumosu, age 29, of 27 Funston Avenue in Providence for 1.) Simple Assault and 2.) Disorderly conduct. Arrest was the result of a road rage incident on Douglas Avenue and subsequent investigation. Odumosu was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and later released after being arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
At 2:31 AM, Troopers arrested Tyrone Nettles, age 33, of 135 Ledge Street Providence, RI for Possession of a Controlled Substance (Crack Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
At 7:10 AM, Troopers arrested Robert Geleney, age 34, of 125 Dante Street Providence, RI for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review for the charge of DUI First Offense, originating from the Gloster Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
