ARREST LOCATION: PROVIDENCE

At 1:25 PM, Troopers arrested Antonio Arreola, age 21, of 87 Putnam Street,Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop onGlenbridge Avenue, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Barracks, processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court.

ARREST LOCATION: CRANSTON

At 3:19 PM Troopers arrested Reynaldo Pereira, age: 29 of 40 Felix Street, Providence, RI for: 1. Credit card fraud; 2. Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses; 3. Larceny over $500 and 4) Driving a Motor Vehicle Without a License. Arrest was the result of the Kmart loss prevention personnel in the City of Cranston contacting State Police Headquarters in reference to a pending fraudulent purchase being investigated previously. Troopers subsequently responded to the store to investigate and were able to observe the subjects in the commission of their crime. Subjects arrested were found to be in possession of six large screen televisions purchased just prior to the arrest with the allegedly fraudulent credit card. Pereira was transported to Headquarters for processing, was special arraigned and was turned over to the ACI Intake Center pending a morning bail review at 3rd District Court.

ARREST LOCATION: CRANSTON

At 3:19 PM Troopers arrested Eduardo Medina, age: 31 if 15 Benedict Street, Providence, RI for: 1. Credit card fraud; 2. Obtaining Money Under False Pretenses and 3. Larceny over $500. Arrest was the result of the Kmart loss prevention personnel in the City of Cranston contacting State Police Headquarters in reference to a pending fraudulent purchase being investigated previously. Troopers subsequently responded to the store to investigate and were able to observe the subjects in the commission of their crime. Medina was transported to Headquarters for processing, was special arraigned and was released.

ARREST LOCATION: LINCOLN

At 12:45am Troopers arrested Nephtali Perez Rivera (24) of 137 Arnold Street, Apt. R, Woonsocket RI for 1) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of the Woonsocket Police Department for Obstruction of a Police Officer and Operating on a Suspended License 2) 6th District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear on the Ability to Pay on a Suspended License charge out of the Woonsocket Police Department. Result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 99 in the Town of Lincoln. Subject processed at Headquarters and later turned over to Woonsocket PD.
