On May 15, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Dilson Robledo, age 25, having a last known address of 48 46th Street Apt. #1, Woodside, New York, with the following: 1) Assault on a Correctional Officer; and 2) Assault on a Correctional Officer causing bodily injury. Inmate Robledo is currently serving a controlling sentence for 1st Degree Robbery at the Maximum Security facility. Inmate Robledo was presented before the Honorable Judge Patrick Burke in Sixth Division District Court as a probation violator and habitual offender. Judge Burke set bail at $10,000 with surety on the current charges and $25,000 with surety on the probation violation. Inmate Robledo was remanded to the ACI to continuing serving his controlling sentence and await trial.
On May 15, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Phearin Rot, age 21, having a last known address of 573 Union Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1 ) Assault on a Correctional Officer (2cts); and 2) Assault on a Correctional Officer causing bodily injury (2cts). Inmate Rot is serving a controlling sentence for Murder I at the High Security facility. Inmate Rot was presented before the Honorable Judge Patrick Burke in Sixth Division District Court as a probation violator and habitual offender. Judge Burke set bail at $10,000 with surety on the current charges and $25,000 with surety on the probation violation. Inmate Rot was remanded to the High Security facility to continuing serving his controlling sentence and await trial.
On May 15, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Bernard Williams, age 54, having a last known address of 186 North Street, New Britain, Connecticut, with the following: 1) Assault on a Correctional Officer (2cts); and 2) Aiding and Abetting (4cts). Inmate Williams is serving a controlling sentence for Murder I at the High Security facility. Inmate Williams was presented before the Honorable Judge Patrick Burke in Sixth Division District Court as a probation violator and habitual offender. Judge Burke set bail at $10,000 with surety on the current charges and $25,000 with surety on the probation violation. Inmate Williams was remanded to the ACI to continuing serving his controlling sentence and await trial.
On May 15, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Erik Munoz, age 27, having a last known address of 872 Lonsdale Avenue, Central Falls, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Assault on a Correctional Officer (2cts); and 2) Assault on a Correctional Officer causing bodily injury (2cts). Inmate Munoz is serving a controlling sentence at the High Security facility for Murder II with a concurrent sentence for Conspiracy to commit murder. Inmate Munoz was presented before the Honorable Judge Patrick Burke as a probation violator and habitual offender. Judge Burke set bail at $10,000 with surety on the current charges and $25,000 with surety on the probation violation. Inmate Munoz was remanded to the ACI to continue serving his controlling sentence and await trial.
On May 15, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Aaron Benbow, age 37, having a last known address of 108 Colfax Street, Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Assault on a Correctional Officer (5cts); 2) Assault on a Correctional Officer causing bodily injury; 3) Aiding and Abetting (3cts); and 4) Resisting Arrest. Inmate Benbow is serving a controlling sentence for Robbery at the High Security facility. Inmate Benbow was presented before the Honorable Judge Patrick Burke in Sixth Division District Court as a probation violator and a habitual offender. Judge Burke set bail at $20,000 with surety on the current charges and $25,000 with surety on the probation violation. Inmate Benbow was remanded to the ACI to continue serving his controlling sentence and await trial.
On May 15, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Rudolph Osei, age 34, having a last known address of 516 Plainfield Street Providence, Rhode Island, with the following: 1) Assault on a Correctional Officer (2cts); and 2) Assault on a Correctional Officer causing bodily injury (2cts). Inmate Osei is being held at the High Security facility as a parole violator on an original charge of Robbery. Inmate Osei was presented before the Honorable Judge Patrick Burke in Sixth Division District Court as a parole violator and habitual offender. Judge Burke set bail at $10,000 with surety on the current charges and $25,000 with surety on the parole violation. Inmate Osei was remanded to the ACI to await trial.

Inmate Osorio is serving a controlling sentence for Robbery at the High Security facility. Inmate Osorio was presented before the Honorable Judge Patrick Burke in Sixth Division District Court as a probation violator and habitual offender. Judge Burke set bail at $10,000 with surety on the current charges and $25,000 with surety on the probation violation.
