At 9:45 AM, Troopers arrested Aracy Millett, age 30, of 38 Lowell Avenue, Providence, RI for a Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear, Non Support. Arrest was the result of Capitol Police contacting the Lincoln Woods Barracks advising they had the party in custody at Sixth District Court. Millett was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Women's Intake Center.
At 4:15PM, Troopers arrested Cesario Dejesus, age 23 of 39 Gallitian Street, Providence, Rhode Island for a 1.) 6th District Court Warrant for failure to appear for arraignment on an original charge of Operating without a License and 2. Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the Woonsocket Police Department for Receiving Stolen Goods and Online Sale of Stolen Goods. Arrest was the result of a Barracks investigation and Troopers responding to the subject's residence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 4:20PM, Troopers arrested Aron Beauregard, age 27, of 66 Rand Street, Central Falls, Rhode Island for Possession of Schedule I-V (Psilocybin Mushrooms). Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Rodgers and released.
At 4:20PM, Troopers arrested Bryan Acevedo, age 28, of 789 Central Avenue, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for Possession of Schedule I-V (Psilocybin Mushrooms). Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Smithfield Avenue in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Rodgers and released.
At 5:15 pm Troopers arrested Michelle A. Santos, age 26, of 15 Middle Street, Apt. #1A, Cumberland, RI , for Simple Assault. This arrest was the result of an investigation into an incident that occurred earlier in the day in the ACI Minimum Security Unit parking lot and Santos voluntarily responding to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for a statement. Santos was processed, arraigned before Justice of the Peace Rogers and released .
At 9:58PM, Troopers arrested Robert Rennie, age 23, of 79 Irving Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for Driving under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs, 1st Offense, BAC .15 or greater (Phase I BAC =.150, Phase II -.151). Arrest was result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 South in the City of North Providence. Rennie was transported to the barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Finnegan, and released to a family member.
