Hope Valley Barracks

At 9:05 AM, Troopers arrested Ezekial Johnson Jr, age 22, of 42 Tuxedo Avenue, Providence, RI for Receiving Stolen Goods under $500.00. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Arnold Road in the Town of Coventry. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later arraigned by Justice of the Peace and presented as a Parole Violator. Johnson was then transported to the Adult Correctional Institution

At 12:30 PM, Troopers arrested Ezekial Johnson Sr., age 50, of 123 School Street, Central Falls for Receiving Stolen Goods under $500.00. The arrest was the result of a Barracks Investigation. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.

At 5:30 PM, Troopers arrested Joshua Fogarty, age 31, of 50 Common Street, Providence for a Third District Court Bench Warrant Failure To Appear for Payment Review on an original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Victory Highway in the Town of West Greenwich. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and later released.

At 7:28 PM, Trooper arrested Vincent Johnson, age 54, of 75 Brookside Avenue, West Warwick for 1) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to for a Pre-Trial on an original charge of Driving Under the Influence originating out of the State Police Hope Valley Barracks 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Main Street in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.

At 9:37 PM, Troopers arrested Michael Rotsel, age 42, of 75 West Shore Drive, Exeter, for Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Arrest was a result of a 911 call made to the Wickford Barracks. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.

At 1:27 AM, Troopers arrested Bryan Gartner, age 41, of 83 East Shore Road, Coventry, for a Fourth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Pay Fines on the original charge of Driving Without a License out of the Richmond Police Department. The arrest was the result of an ongoing investigation out of the Hope Valley Barracks. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution.

At 7:08 AM, Troopers arrested Jasmine Washington, age 19, of 869 River Avenue, Providence, for Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage by a Minor. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Road and Victory Highway, Exeter. Subject was released on scene and issued a Fourth District Court Summons.

At 7:08 AM, Troopers arrested Jessamin B. Nieves, age 19, of 1363 Smith Street Apt #403, Providence, for 1) Possession of Marijuana—1st Offense and 2) Possession of an Alcoholic Beverage by a Minor. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Nooseneck Hill Road and Victory Highway, Exeter. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and later released.

At 7:18 AM, Troopers arrested Abdikeyr Mohamed Mohamud, age 24, of 45 Tufts St Apt #611, Charlestown, MA, for 1) Possession of Marijuana—Subsequent Offense, and for a 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Pay for Payment Review on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana—1st Offense out of the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North at the Weaver Hill Official Turn Around, West Greenwich. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and later released.
