On Monday, May 21, 2012, at 8:45 P.M., Troopers arrested Aloys Martinez, age 26 of 696 Plainfield Street, Providence, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Sentencing on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the Cranston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop in the City of Warwick. The Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned and released after posting the required cash bail.
On Monday, May 21, 2012, at 10:45 P.M., Troopers arrested Derek Lisi, age 22, of 380 Smithfield Road, North Providence, RI on a 3th District Court Bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the charge of Operation After Suspension that originated from the Foster Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Memorial Blvd. in the City of Providence. The Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Center.
On Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at 3:00 A.M., Troopers arrested Ivan Cruz, age 32 of 226 Union Avenue, Providence, RI on a 6th District Court Bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License from the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Reservoir Avenue at Route 10 in the City of Providence . The Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Center.
