STATE OF RHODE ISLAND AND PROVIDENCE PLANTATIONS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH OFFICE OF DRINKING WATER QUALITY

PUBLIC NOTICE TITLE 46, CHAPTER 15.6 RHODE ISLAND PUBLIC DRINKING WATER PROTECTION ACT OF 1997 CLEAN WATER INFRASTRUCTURE RULES AND REGULATIONS SECTION 5.2

The Rhode Island Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water Quality, invites review and comments on the Clean Water Infrastructure Replacement Plans for the following Public Water Supplier:

East Smithfield Water District

Copies of the plan will be available at the following locations: the East Smithfield Water District, 307 Waterman Avenue, Esmond, RI 02917; and the Rhode Island Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water Quality, Cannon Building, Three Capitol Hill, 2nd Floor, Room 209, Providence, Rhode Island. Review must be accomplished during regular business hours of each organization. Comments, in writing, must be submitted to Steven Boudreau, Principal Community Development Training Specialist, RI Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water Quality, Three Capitol Hill, Providence, RI 02908 no later than 4:00 PM on June 21, 2012.
