Hope Valley Barracks

At 10:30 AM, Trooper arrested Kimberly L. Jackowitz, age 39, of 5 Newlight Street, West Warwick for 1) Forgery & Counterfeiting in General, 2) Passing of Counterfeit Certificates, 3) Importation or Possession of Counterfeit Certificates and 4) Obtaining Property by False Pretenses. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation involving the use of counterfeit Gerber coupons to obtain $9,211.05 worth of infant formula at RI Stop & Shop Supermarkets. The arrest was the result of Troopers obtaining an arrest warrant and arraigning Jackowitz at Third District Court.

At 2:45 PM Troopers arrested Jamel Bartholomew, age 27, of 3215 Avenue H Apt. 9D, Brooklyn, NY for 1). Possession of Marijuana 1 to 5 KG, 2). Possession with intent to deliver Schedule – I (Marijuana), and 3). Driving in possession of a controlled substance. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of West Greenwich. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, arraigned by Justice of the Peace and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.

At 2:07AM,Troopers arrested Uriah Conn, age 30, of 31 Melbourne Rd. Warwick, RI for 1) Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle and 2) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of Duty. Arrest was the result of BOLO out of Cranston PD for a stolen motor vehicle taken from their city and subsequent pursuit. The subject was later taken into custody in a wooded area off of Austin Farm Rd. in the Town of Exeter with the assistance of Connecticut State Police K-9. Subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed, and then transported to 4th District Court for Arraignment.
