Edward Lee, DOB: 4/10/80 40 Amsterdam Street Providence, RI P1/12-1998-A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Edward Lee with one count each of first degree robbery, conspiracy, reckless driving and driving a motor vehicle without a license.
It is alleged that on or about January 9, 2012, Lee conspired to rob an individual and did rob that person, with the robbery being in the first degree. It is further alleged that Lee operated a motor vehicle recklessly and without a license.
The alleged events occurred in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Lee is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 25, 2012. He has been held without bail since his arrest on January 20, 2012.
Colby Hedstrom, DOB: 1/15/92 132 Kenwood Avenue Woonsocket, RI P1/12-1999A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Colby Hedstrom with one count of first degree sexual assault and one count of assault with intent to commit sexual assault.
It is alleged that on or about February 8, 2012, Hedstrom sexually assaulted an individual, with the assault being in the first degree. It is also alleged that Hedstrom assaulted the same individual with the intent to sexually assault her.
The alleged events occurred in Woonsocket. The Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Hedstrom is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 25, 2012, and he has been held without bail since his arrest on February 9, 2012.
Demaris Dawkins, DOB: 1/8/83 56 Prairie Avenue Providence, RI P1/12-2000A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Demaris Dawkins with one count of first degree child molestation and four counts of second degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on multiple dates between February 1, 2011 and February 28, 2011, Dawkins molested a child 14 years or under, with the molestation being in the first and second degree.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Dawkins is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 25, 2012.
Napoleao Gomes, DOB: 4/17/80 110 Hendricks Street Central Falls, RI P1/12-2001A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Napoleao Gomes with one count of first degree sexual assault, second degree sexual assault, assault with intent to commit sexual assault and conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about April 9, 2012, Gomes and an unidentified co-conspirator sexually assaulted an individual, with the assault being in the first and second degree. It is also alleged that Gomes, along with the co-conspirator, assaulted the same individual with the intent to sexually assault that individual. It is further alleged that Gomes conspired with the unidentified co-conspirator to commit sexual assault.
The alleged incidents occurred in Central Falls, and the Central Falls Police conducted the investigation. Gomes is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on July 25, 2012. He is currently being held without bail.
