At 8:30 AM, Troopers arrested Migdalia E. Martinez, age 22, of 101 Academy Avenue, Apartment 3, Providence, RI for 1) Identity Fraud, 2) Computer Access for Fraudulent Purpose, 3) Computer Access for Fraudulent Purpose, 4) Obtaining Money Under False Pretense, and 5) Wrongfully Obtaining Telecommunication Services. The arrest was the result of an investigation of an Identity Theft to the barracks and a subsequent execution of a search warrant. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
At 12:15 PM, Troopers arrested Talia Reedey, age 28, of 31 Westwood Road, Bristol, RI for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear / Ability to Pay on an original charge of Operating on a Suspended License originating out of Bristol Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of North Smithfield. Reedey was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed then turned over to 6th District Court.
At 2:30 PM, Troopers arrested William K. Poirier, age 45, of 122 Juniper Street, East Providence, RI for 1) Possession of Marijuana – 1st Offense 2) Possession with Intent to Deliver Schedule I-II. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of North Smithfield. Poirier was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed, special arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released with future court dates.
At 4:30 PM, Troopers arrested Melvin Mitchell, age 44, of 393 Ninth Avenue, Woonsocket, RI, for 1) Possession of Cocaine. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cumberland Hill Road in the City of Woonsocket. Mitchell was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, special arraigned before a Just of the Peace, and released with future court dates.
At 4:30 PM, Troopers arrested Aaron Dubois, age 29, of 42 Tyson Place, Attleboro, MA, for 1) Possession of Cocaine. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Cumberland Hill Road, in the City of Woonsocket. Dubois was transported to State Police Headquarters, where he was processed, special arraigned before a Just of the Peace, and released with future court dates.
At 12:02 AM, Troopers arrested Dayana Lopez, age 27, of 10 Harvard Avenue, 3rd Floor, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure To Appear For Arraignment on the charge of Driving With A Suspended License, originating out of the Providence Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Harris Avenue in the City of Providence. Lopez was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
At 6:47 AM, Troopers arrested Gonzalo Regalado, age 27, 164 Harold Street, Providence, RI. for a Sixth District Warrant for Failure To Appear for Ability To Pay on the charge of Driving With A Suspended License originating out of the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Regalado was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and turned over to Sixth District Court.
