At 9:50AM, Troopers arrested Darian Dulin, age 21, of 142C Leonard Jenard Drive, Pawtucket, RI for a Sixth District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an original charge of Possession of Marijuana out of the Central Falls Police Department. Arrest was the result of the Capital Police at the Registry of Motor Vehicles taking custody of a wanted subject and contacting the State Police. Dulin was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later turned over to 6th Division District Court.
At 10:26 AM, Troopers arrested Ricky Nunez, age 32, of 839 Elmwood Avenue, Providence, RI for Possession of Controlled Substances Schedule I-V (Cocaine). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 10 North in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court for arraignment.
At 12:28PM, Troopers arrested Paul Medeiros, age 41, of 7 Normand Street, Bristol, RI for 1. Obstructing a Police Officer, and 2. Operating with a Suspended License. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 north in the City of Warwick. Medeiros was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later transported to Third Division District Court for arraignment.
At 2:15PM, Troopers arrested Jason Dauphinais, age 24, of 92 Raymond Street, Pawtucket, RI for a Sixth District Court bench warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an original charge of Operating with a Suspended License out of the State Police Chepachet Barracks. Arrest was the result of assisting a disabled motor vehicle on Route 95 North in the City of Providence. Dauphinais was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released after posting the required cash bail.
At 12:15 AM, Troopers arrested Antonio Cruz, age 37, of 540 Prospect Street, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for a Sixth Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on an original charge of Domestic Disorderly Conduct, originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pine Street, in the City of Pawtucket. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
