At 7:54 PM Troopers arrested Evan Guida, age 23, of 57 Ladder Lock Road, Warwick, RI for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on Driving with a Suspended License out of the East Greenwich Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Guida was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
At 10:00 PM, Troopers arrested Timothy Martucci, age 25, of 259 Kingston Road, Kingston, RI on a 2nd District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the Original charge of Simple Assault from the Newport Police Department. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of North Kingstown. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
At 2:10 AM, Troopers arrested Michael Fallon, age 24, of 1 Elmira Street, North Providence, RI for 1.) DUI- BAC- Unknown 2.) Chemical Test Refusal- 1st Offense 3.) Reckless Driving 4.) Possession of Marijuana. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop after the subject was stopped for operating recklessly through a DOT construction zone setup on Route 138. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held pending morning arraignment.
