At 3:46 PM, Troopers arrested Michelle Silvia, age 36, of 12A Krzak Road, North Kingstown, RI for Violation of No Contact Order. Arrest was the result of Trooper responding to Third District Court at the request of the Capitol Police. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks to be processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and later turned over to Women's Intake.
At 4:54 PM, Troopers arrested Jay Scholl, age 48, of 251 Main Street, Exeter, RI for a Parole Board Warrant for Violation of No Contact Order. Arrest was the result of Trooper responding to the Phoenix House at the request of Rhode Island Probation and Parole. Scholl was transported to the Wickford Barracks to be processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institute-Intake Center.
At 5:40 pm, Troopers arrested Tammy L. Silva, age 37, of 480 South County Trail, 1-14, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. Arrest the result of Troopers responding to a Domestic Disturbance at Split Rock Trailer Park and subsequent investigation. Silva was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace and released.
