At 10:35 AM, Troopers arrested Momoh Fahnbulleh, age 35, of 19 Florence Street 1st Floor, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Driving Without a License originating out of the Chepachet Barracks. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court.
At 12:30 PM, Troopers arrested Ivan A. Torres, age 26, of 189 Vine Street 2nd Floor, Pawtucket, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Domestic-Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pontiac Avenue, in the City of Cranston. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed and later turned over to Sixth District Court.
At 3:45 PM, Troopers arrested Wander Delosantos, age 27, of 188 Laurel Hill Avenue, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Driving Without a License originating out of the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 3:45 PM, Troopers arrested Anthony Torres, age 33, of 37 Moorfield Street, Providence, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Simple Domestic Assault originating out of the Cranston Police Department. 2) A Family Court Reciprocal Body Attachment for Failure to Appear for Non-Support. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 6, in the City of Providence. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 4:18 PM Troopers arrested Derek M. Bannon 8/1/88 of 11395 Saddlewood Lane Painesville, OH for DWI. First phase .311 second phase .305. Result of observing subject and his damaged vehicle on Rt. 295 North in the area of Scituate Avenue. Subject was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and arraigned. It was never determined what the subject hit to cause the damage to his vehicle.
