At 11:04 AM, Troopers arrested Jason O'Brien, age 41, of 1655 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, RI for 1) 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review on the original charge of Leaving the Scene of an Accident-Property Damage 2) Driving With a Suspended License. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pontiac Avenue in the City of Cranston. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later transported to 3rd District Court for Arraignment.
At 3:36 PM, Troopers arrested Edward Soe, age 37, of 136 Wendell Street, Providence for a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on the original charge of Operating on a Suspended License from Providence PD. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North at Exit 10. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks for processing, arraigned and released after posting the required bail.
At 7:30 PM, Troopers arrested Terry Bruskie, age 26, of 561 Lafayette Road, North Kingstown, RI for 1.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Technical Violation Hearing on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V from the Providence Police Department 2.) 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the East Greenwich Police Department 3.) 4th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Trial on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the North Kingstown Police Department 4.) Affidavit & Arrest Warrant from the North Kingstown Police Department for Larceny. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and turned over to the North Kingstown Police Department.
At 12:30 AM, Troopers Viera (arresting) and Thomas (assisting) arrested James ML Baylor, age 21, of 24 Houston Street, Newport, RI for Possession of Marijuana, 1st Offense. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 24 in the town of Tiverton. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks processed, arraigned, and released pending future Second District Division Court dates.
