On August 23, 2012, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested James W. Myrick, age 20, of 155 Boyden Street, Woonsocket, RI, for the following: 1) Fugitive From Justice from the State of Massachusetts on a Sexual Assault / Rape charge; 2) Providence Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for B&E of Dwelling; and 3) Sixth District Court Warrant for Possession of a Weapon/Not Firearm. Myrick was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and will be arraigned in Sixth District Court, where he is expected to waive extradition proceedings.
On August 23, 2012, Detectives assigned to the ACI charged inmate Kevin M. Lanoue, age 50, having a last known address of 228 Potters Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Inmate Lanoue appeared before the Honorable Judge Woodcock-Pfeiffer in Third Division District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings. Inmate Lanoue was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.

Schreffler, age 45, having a last known address of 226 Unit Street, Providence, Rhode Island, as a Fugitive from Justice from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Inmate Schreffler appeared before the Honorable Judge Woodcock-Pfeiffer in Third Division District Court, where he waived extradition proceedings. Inmate Schreffler was remanded to the Intake Service Center of the ACI to await Massachusetts authorities.
