At 10:07 AM, Troopers arrested Luis R. Letona Granja, age 31, of 61 What Cheer Avenue, Providence, RI, for 1) Driving Without a License, 2) Giving False Documents to a Public Official, and 3) Obstructing an Officer in the Execution of Duty. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Plainfield Street in the Town of Johnston in which subject presented a false identification card during the stop. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Esmond Street in the Town of Smithfield. Subject was transported to Headquarters, processed, and transported the ACI.
