At 12:15PM, Troopers arrested Anthony Folcarelli, age 51, of 8 Belmont Street, Johnston on a Violation of Parole Warrant issued by the Rhode Island Parole Board. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Wescott Street in the Town of North Providence. Folcarelli was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and subsequently transported to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men's Intake Center.
At 11:40PM, Troopers arrested Donavan Brown, age 26, of 54 Stonewall Avenue, North Providence on a 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pretrial Conference on the original charge of Obstructing a Police Officer originating out of Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result o a motor vehicle stop on Eddy Street in the City of Providence. Brown was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and subsequently transported to the Adult Correctional Institution, Men's Intake Center.
At 12:15AM, Troopers arrested Jamie Marcoux, age 41 of 1863 Providence Pike, North Smithfield for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, BAC - Unknown. 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Providence. Marcoux was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Muksian and released to a family member.
At 4:00AM, Troopers arrested Anthony Paglia, age 20 of 136 Pond Street, Pawtucket for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant out from East Providence Police for Domestic - Simple Assault. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 146 in the Town of North Providence. Paglia was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and later turned over to East Providence Police.
