At 2:45AM Troopers arrested Marcos Ramirez age, 24 of 72 Gough Avenue, West Warwick, RI for a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review for a Domestic Disorderly Conduct charge originating out of the Cranston Police Department. Subject was transported to Headquarters for processing and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.
