At 11:30 PM Troopers arrested Sarah Mulligan, age 19, of 3 Tyler Street, Providence, RI for a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Driving With A Suspended License originating out of the Lincoln Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, special arraigned by Justice of the Peace Campanella and released to her mother.
At 2:45 AM Troopers arrested David Poland, age 30, of 25 Fairmount Drive, East Greenwich, RI for a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of DWI- 1st Offense, originating out of the Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later transported to the ACI Intake Center.
At 7:18 AM Troopers arrested Brian Hutchins, age 26, of 50 King Street, Apt. 1, North Providence, RI for a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Driving With A Suspended License originating out of the North Providence Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to 3rd District Court.
