On October 12, 2012 at 6:00 AM, Detectives arrested Rafael Rose Morales, age 30, of 1079 Broad St., Apt. #3, Providence, RI for 1. Possession with Intent to Deliver (heroin), 2. Possession of Heroin 3. Immigration Warrant. The arrest was a result of an execution of a court authorized search warrant at the residence. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to Sixth District Court where he was held without bail.

On October 12, 2012 at 7:30 AM, Detectives arrested Emmanuel Ramos, age 27, of 9.5 Harbourd Street, Johnston, RI for 1. Resisting Arrest and 2. Parole Violation. Ramos was arraigned at Sixth District Court and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution.

On October 12, 2012 at 9:00 AM, Detectives charged Juanita Willis, age 40, of 33 Vineland Avenue Rumford, Rhode Island with Giving a False Document to an Agent, Employee or Public Official. Ms. Willis was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan of the Third Division District Court where she offered a plea of nolo contendere. Judge Houlihan issued a one year filing with court costs on the aforementioned charge. Ms. Willis was released from court.

On October 12, 2012 at 9:00 AM, Detectives arrested Maria Golden, age 27, of 506 Killingly St., Providence, RI on a Third District Court warrant for failure to appear/ability to pay on a suspended license charge. Arrest result of an execution of a court authorized search warrant at the residence. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to Sixth District Court.

On October 12, 2012 at 9:00 AM, Detectives arrested James Anderson, age 27, of 506 Killingly St., Providence, RI for 1. Possession with Intent to Deliver Schedule II (Oxycodone), 2. Possession with Intent to Deliver (marijuana) 3. Driving while in possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). Arrest result of an execution of a court authorized search warrant at the residence. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to Sixth District Court where he was released on personal recognizance.

On October 12, 2012 at 9:00 AM, Detectives arrested Michael Anderson, age 27, of 506 Killingly St., Providence, RI for Possession of Marijuana (1st offense). Arrest result of an execution of a court authorized search warrant at the residence. Subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to Sixth District Court where he received surety bail.

On October 12, 2012 at 11:15 AM Detectives arrested Dawn Sisto, age 35, of LKA 215 Indiana Avenue, Providence, RI on a Third District Court warrant for Failure to Appear on the charge of Shoplifting. Subject Sisto was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to Third District Court for arraignment.

On October 12, 2012 at 11:15 AM, Detectives arrested Derek Vanstory, age 45, of LKA 19 Tappan Street, Providence, R.I., for 1. Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle 2. Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from the Woonsocket Police Department on the charges of Larceny of Motor Vehicle and Violation of a No Contact Order. Subject Vanstory processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and transported to the Sixth District Court where he was arraigned before the Honorable Judge Clifton and held as Superior Court Violator.

On October 12, 2012 at 10:30 AM, Detectives charged inmate Besmir Banushi, age 24, of LKA: 166 Glenwood Avenue Pawtucket, Rhode Island, with Simple Assault. Inmate Banushi was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan of the Third Division District Court, where he offered a plea of not guilty. Judge Houlihan set bail at $1,000 personal recognizance on the aforementioned charge and remanded the inmate to the Adult Correctional Institution to await trial and continue serving a sentence for Felony Assault.

On October 12, 2012 at 11:00 AM, Detectives charged inmate Antonio C. McLendon, 29, 2012, of LKA: 238 Pine Street Waterbury, Connecticut, with Assault of a correctional officer. Inmate McLendon was presented before the Honorable Judge Houlihan of the Third Division District Court, where no plea was entered. Judge Houlihan set bail on the aforementioned charge at $5,000 personal recognizance and remanded the inmate to the Adult Correctional Institution to await trial on the current charge and on a previous felony charge of Receiving Stolen Goods over $500.
