At 11:20 PM, Troopers arrested Bhargav Patel, age 31, of 1200 Shermer Road, Glenview, IL., for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and or Drugs – BAC Unknown, 2) Refusal to a Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Patel was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks, processed and held overnight pending his morning arraignment at 4th. District Court.
