On Friday, October 19, 2012, at 9:08 A.M, Troopers arrested Benjamin P. Majeau, age 21, of 12 Wagon Wheel Lane, Lincoln, Rhode Island on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for the charge of Felony Larceny that was issued by the Lincoln Police Department. This arrest was the result of the subject turning himself into the Lincoln Woods Barracks without notification. The subject was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to the Lincoln Police Department.
On Friday, October 19, 2012, at 7:38 PM, aTrooper arrested Ronnie Smith, age 23, of 104 Grandview Street, Providence, RI for an active 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear-Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving on a Suspended License originating from the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks. This arrest was the result of the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center contacting the Lincoln Woods Barracks and reporting a subject that was visiting their facility and had an active warrant issued for him. The Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Men's Intake Center.
On Friday, October 19, 2012, at 9:05 PM, Troopers arrested Joseph Woodward, age 28, of 601 Fall River Avenue, Seekonk, MA for Driving Under the Influence. The subject consented to a Breathalyzer Test and the results are as follows: Phase I .217, Phase II .215. This arrest was the result of a Trooper observing a wrong way driver on Route 114 North in the City of East Providence and subsequently stopping the vehicle. Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned in the morning by a Justice of the Peace and released on Personal Recognizance.
On Friday, October 19, 2012, at 11:00 PM, Troopers arrested Mykayla L. Ellsworth, age 19, of 104 Laurens Street, Cranston RI for Driving Under the Influence/.15 Greater. The subject consented to a Breathalyzer Test and the results are as follows: Phase I .183, Phase II .178. This arrest was the result of Troopers investigating a multi-car motor vehicle accident on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned in the morning by a Justice of the Peace and released on Personal Recognizance.
