At 9:52 AM, Troopers arrested Jennifer Zambarano, age 33, of 8 Baker Street, 3rd Floor, Johnston, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor originating out the Rhode Island State Police Scituate Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Veterans Memorial Parkway in the City of East Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, posted bail before a Justice of the Peace and released.
At 10:36 AM, Troopers arrested Winston E. Brooks, age 32, of 8 George Street, Pawtucket, RI, for 1.) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License out of the Cranston Police Department and 2.) Operating with a Suspended License. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned and released after posting bail.
At 2:25 PM Troopers arrested Luke Goodridge, age 29, of 84 Carr Street Providence, RI for 1.) Sixth District Court warrant for failure to appear for ability to pay on 08/31/12 on a driving with a suspended license charge originating out of Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Hartford Avenue in the City of Providence. Goodridge was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and then turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.
At 2:55 PM, Troopers arrested John Gibau, age 24, of 29 Vale Street, Pawtucket RI for 1.) Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Violation of a no contact order originating from the Pawtucket Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Grace Street in the City of Pawtucket. Gibau was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later turned over to the Pawtucket Police Department.

Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving on a Suspended License originating out of the Providence Police Department, 3.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of Passing Counterfeit Bill or Note originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department and 4.) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Pre-Arraignment Conference on the original charge of on the original charge of Passing Counterfeit Bill or Note originating out of the Cranston Police Department.
