On 11/23/12, at 4:30PM, Troopers, arrested Beau Aptt, age 33, of 34 Armstice Boulevard 1st Floor, Pawtucket, RI for a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.
On 11/23/12, at 4:39 PM, Troopers, arrested Christopher J. Menard, age 23, of 579 Providence Street Apartment 8, West Warwick, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay Hearing for the charge of Possession of Marijuana- 1st Offense, originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. This arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and transported to Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.
On 11/23/12, at 7:26 PM, Troopers, arrested Joseph DaRosa, age 54, of 85 Northup Street, Warwick, RI for a Third District Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Trial on the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Warwick Police Department. This arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Centerville Road, in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Chin and released.
On 11/23/12, at 7:43 PM, Troopers, arrested Darren Shanahan, age 50, of 93 West Warwick Avenue, West Warwick RI, for 1.) Affidavit & Arrest Warrant for Fraudulent Use of Credit Cards originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department, 2.) Kent County Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for the charge of Felony Domestic Assault originating out of the West Warwick Police Department. This arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pente Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and turned over the North Kingstown Police Department.
On 11/24/12, at 12:45 AM, Troopers, arrested Andrew W. Gaskell, age 32, of 67 Ethan Street, Providence, RI on a Rhode Island State Police Portsmouth Barracks Affidavit & Arrest Warrant for 1.) Reckless Driving, Eluding Officer, High Speed Pursuit, and 2.) Operating with a Suspended License. 3.) An Affidavit & Arrest Warrant for Reckless Driving, Eluding Officer, High Speed Pursuit by the North Kingstown Police Department. This arrest was the result of an affidavit and arrest warrant prepared by Troopers, and troopers responding to the Newport Police Department for the wanted subject in custody. Gaskell was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
