At 10:42AM, troopers arrested Jeffrey Romano, age 35, of 8 Gould Road, Cranston for 1). Possession of Marijuana 1st Offense, 2). Possession of LSD and 3). Driving while in Possession of a Controlled Substance. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 2 in West Warwick. The subject was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks and later arraigned at Third District Court.
At 2:07 PM, a trooper arrested Jeremy Montijo, age 23, of 18 Leonard Avenue, East Providence, RI on an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Municipal Court Summons for Public Consumption of Alcohol issued by Narragansett Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of West Greenwich. Montijo was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed then turned over to Narragansett Police Department.
