On November 28, 2012, members of the Computer Crimes Unit/ICAC Task Force arrested Leonard O'Neill Jr., age 57, of 202 Natick Avenue, Warwick, RI, for the following: 1) Possession of Child Pornography; and 2) Transfer of Child Pornography. Mr. O'Neill was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned in Third District Court before the Honorable Judge Houlihan and released on $10,000 personal recognizance with special bail conditions to include no Internet access and no contact with children under the age of eighteen.
On November 30, 2012, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Thomas Karneeb, age 45, of 175 Federal Way, Johnston, RI, as a result of the following: 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Possession of Schedule I-V; 2) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review/Fraudulent Checks; and 3) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment Review/Fraudulent Checks. Mr. Karneeb was processed at the Lincoln Barracks and turned over to Superior Court officials.
On November 30, 2012, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Sheldon Hie, age 45, of 1 Valley Street, Apt 1007, Providence, RI, as a result of the following: 1) Superior Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Delivery of Schedule I-V; and 2) Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Review/Leaving Scene of Accident. Mr. Hie was processed at the Wickford Barracks and turned over to Superior Court officials.
