At 7:00 AM, members of the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force arrested Damian Crisafulli, age 52, of 79 Hopkins Avenue Johnston, Rhode Island for 1). Possession of a Schedule III Controlled Substance (Vicodin) and 2). Possession of Marijuana (Subsequent Offense). Damian Crisafulli was processed at the Lincoln Woods barracks and transported to 3rd District Court.
At 8:45 AM, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Donald G. Lopes, age 37, of 195 Orms Street 2nd Floor, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Federal Warrant for Probation Violation on an original charge of Cocaine Distribution and 2.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant from Providence Police for Possession of a Firearm after being Convicted of a Crime of Violence. Donald G. Lopes was turned over to the United States Marshals Service and presented to Federal Court. .
At 10:00 AM, members of the Financial Crimes Unit arrested James A. Donovan, age 41, of 27 Elmgrove Avenue Johnston, Rhode Island for Forgery and Larceny over $1,500.00 from a victim over the age of 65. James Donovan was arraigned in Sixth District Court and remanded to the custody of the Adult Correctional Institution.
At 12:30 PM, members of the Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Maggie Washburn, age 24, of 261 Union Avenue 2nd Floor, Providence, Rhode Island for Violation of Parole. Maggie Washburn was processed at the Lincoln Woods barracks and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions Women's Intake Facility.
