At 12:55 AM Troopers arrested Peter Hutzler, age 21, of 215 Eaton Street, Providence, RI., for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol/Drugs-BAC Unknown 2) Chemical Test Refusal and 3) Reckless Driving. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Hutzler was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing and held overnight pending his arraignment in the morning.
At 3:00 AM Troopers arrested Gregory Alleva, age 37, of 222 Pheasant Drive, Cranston, RI., on a 4th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear/Ability to Pay on a charge of Driving with a Suspended License originating out of the North Kingstown Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 North in the Town of Richmond. Mr. Alleva was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks for processing and held overnight pending his arraignment in the morning.
