At 3:25 PM, Troopers, arrested Jesse Almstrom, age 24, of 457 Carolina Back Road, Apartment B, Charlestown, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of Operating with a Suspended of License originating out of the Wickford Barracks. This arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road, in the Town of North Kingstown. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Intake Center.
At 3:25 pm, Troopers, arrested Renee Hopkins, age 23, of 100 Cattail Lane, North Kingstown, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for the Charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Wickford Barracks. This arrest the result of a motor vehicle stop on Post Road, in the Town of North Kingstown. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution's Women's Intake Center.
At 6:10 PM, Troopers, arrested Charles Riggens, age 28, of 71 West Warwick Avenue, Apartment 1, West Warwick, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment for the charge of Operating with a Suspended License originating out of the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on East Avenue, in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace Gladstone, and released after posting the required bail amount.
At 11:15 PM, Troopers, arrested Brian M. Beagan, age 31, of 15 Walnut Street, West Warwick, RI for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay for the charge of obstruction originating from the Johnston Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Washington Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution's Intake Center.
At 12:05 AM, Troopers, arrested Ian Anderson, age 19, of 19 Freeborn Street, Newport, RI for Possession of Marijuana. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Meikle Avenue, in the City of Newport. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, arraigned by Justice of the Peace Peltier and released.
At 1:35 AM, Troopers, arrested Robert F. Levesque, age 54, of 12 Hopedale Drive, West Warwick, RI for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and/or Drugs-2nd Offense (B.A.C. Unknown) 2.) Operating with a Suspended License-Certain Violations and 3.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test - 1st Offense. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Pond Street, in the Town of West Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, held overnight as a bail violator pending morning arraignment.
