At 8:50 AM, Troopes arrested David Booth, age 33, of 56 Wood Street Apartment 3, Providence, RI, for a Third District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving After Suspension of License out of the State Police Wickford Barracks. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters for processing and transported to Third District Court.
At 12:33 AM, Troopers arrested Sarah C. Neal, age 29, of 214 Lowell Avenue, Providence, RI, for 1) Driving Under the Influence of Liquor and/or Drugs—1st Offense BAC Unknown, 2) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test and 3) Driving After Suspension of License. The subject was transported to State Police Headquarters, processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
