At 8:15 PM, Troopers arrested Darnell Gervais, age 26, of 41 Ophelia Street, Providence, RI on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Payment on an original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the State Police Wickford Barracks. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Richmond. Gervais was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released.
