On Monday, January 28, 2013, at 3:10 PM, a Trooper arrested Jujuan Jordan, age24, of 300 Waterman Avenue, East Providence, RI, for: 1. Possession of a Controlled Substance – Schedule II (Oxycodone), 2.) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant for Domestic Simple Assault and Violation of No Contact Order from the Central Falls Police Department, 3.) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant for Domestic Assault, Domestic Kidnapping, Domestic/Failure to Relinquish the Telephone, Disorderly Conduct, Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property and Violation of No Contact Order from the Central Falls Police Department, and 4.) Affidavit/Arrest Warrant for Assault from the Pawtucket Police Department. This arrest was the result of the Superior Court Sheriff's Department contacting the Lincoln Woods Barracks advising that they had Mr. Jordan in custody. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and arraigned in the morning at 6th District Court.
On Monday, January 28, 2013, at 10:15 PM, Troopers arrested David Ferrer, age 30, of 1020 Broad Street, Providence, RI, for: 1.) Parole Board Warrant for Violation of Parole and 2.) Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving Without/Expired License. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center for the report of a walk-in with active Warrants. The subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and later transported to the Adult Correctional Institution Intake Center.
