On Saturday, February 2, 2013, at 1:59 PM Troopers arrested Luis A. Musset, age 23, of 512 Prairie Avenue, Providence, RI on an Affidavit and Arrest warrant from the Providence Police Department for burglary-forced entry-non residence. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Douglas Avenue in the City of Providence. Mr. Musset was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and then turned over to the Providence Police Department.
On Saturday, February 2, 2013, at 1:59 PM a Trooper arrested Stanton Towns, age 23, of 21 Searle Street, Providence, RI on an Affidavit and Arrest warrant from the Johnston Police Department for Possession of Stolen Motor Vehicle/Parts. This arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Adult Correction Institution Maximum Security facility where the party had been detained by a Correctional Officer when it was learned the subject had an active warrant. Mr. Towns was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and then turned over to the Johnston Police Department.
On Saturday, February 2, 2013, at 5:45PM, Troopers arrested Jeremy Giguere, age 25, of 65 Union Street, Woonsocket, RI for Leaving the Scene of an Accident Damage to Attended Vehicle. This arrest was the result of a hit and run motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 146 North in the City of Providence and a subsequent motor vehicle stop on Weeden Street in the City of Pawtucket. Mr. Giguere was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released on Personal Recognizance.
On Sunday, February 3, 2013, at 12:03 AM, Troopers arrested Melissa Derricks, age 26, of 334 Niagara Street Providence, RI on a Sixth District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the charge of Vandalism that originated from the Providence Police Department. This arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Valley Street in the City of Providence. The Subject was transported to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed and later turned over to the Adult Correction Institution, Women's Intake Center.
