At 9:03 AM, Troopers arrested Evan Crabtree, age 40, of 33 Park Avenue, Coventry, RI on a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving with a Suspended License from the Rhode Island State Police Hope Valley Barracks. Arrest was the result of assisting a road walker on the on-ramp to 95 South from Quaker Lane in the City of Warwick. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and turned over to 3rd District Court.
At 12:50 AM, Troopers arrested Thomas Gauthier, age 49 of 1690 Ten Rod Road, North Kingstown for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and /or Drugs- BAC Unknown and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. Arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 south in the City of Warwick. Gauthier was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and held overnight pending morning arraignment.
