On Tuesday February 12, 2013, At 11:38 AM, a Trooper arrested Alfredo Estrada, age 55, of 265 Althea Street, Providence, RI on a Superior Court Full Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for a Pre-arraignment Conference on the original charge of Possession of Schedule I-V Controlled Substances out of State Police – Lincoln Woods. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Estrada was processed at the Wickford Barracks and later turned over to Providence Superior Court.
On Tuesday February 12, 2013, At 3:53 PM, a Trooper arrested Hasan Hasib, age 36, of 49 Steuben Street, Providence, RI for 1.) Operating with a Suspended License and 2.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Arraignment on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License out of the Rhode Island State Police – Wickford. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the City of Warwick. Hasib was processed at the Wickford Barracks and later turned over to the Adult Correctional Institutions.
On Tuesday February 12, 2013, At 5:01 PM, a Trooper Corson arrested Yajaira Rosario, age 26, of 59 Dora Street, Providence, RI on a Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Driving With a Suspended License originating out of State Police – Wickford. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4 in the Town of East Greenwich. Rosario was transported to the Wickford Barracks where she was processed, arraigned before a Justice of the Peace, and released after posting the required surety bail.
On Wednesday February 13, 2013, At 1:00 AM, Troopers arrested Pei Baar, age 23, of 116 North Avenue, Rockland, MA for 1.) Possession of Schedule II (Cocaine) Controlled Substances 2.) Third Division District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on the original charge of Minor Possessing Alcoholic Beverage originating out of West Warwick Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 South in the City of Warwick. Baar was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed, and was held overnight pending morning arraignment.
On Wednesday February 13, 2013, At 6:45 AM, a Trooper arrested Byron Franco, age 27, of 317 Manton Avenue, Providence, RI, for 1.) Driving without a License 2.) 6th District Court Bench Warrant for Failure to Appear for Ability to Pay on an original charge of Driving on a Suspended License out of the Pawtucket Police Department . The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 4, in the Town of North Kingstown. Subject was transported to the Wickford Barracks where he was processed and later transported to 3rd District Court for arraignment.
