The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Antonio Acosta with one count of first degree sexual assault and three counts of second degree child molestation.
The alleged events took place in Pawtucket and Providence, and the Pawtucket Police conducted the investigation. Acosta is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on June 12, 2013.
