On July 28, Entrance Fees Waived At All RI State Beaches
Providence, RI - Governor Lincoln D. Chafee today announced that Rhode Island's annual Governor's Bay Day celebration is scheduled for Sunday, July 28. Throughout the course of the day, entrance fees will be waived at all Rhode Island state beaches.
"We Rhode Islanders are fortunate to live among the natural beauty of our state's world-renowned beaches," Governor Chafee said. "Bay Day gives Rhode Islanders a great opportunity to get out and spend time with family and friends in some of these unique and special settings – free of charge."
