The Rhode Island Office of Attorney General (RIAG) and the Rhode Island Department of Health (HEALTH) will hold a public informational meeting concerning the proposed sale of Landmark Medical Center and the Rehabilitation Hospital of Rhode Island to Prime Healthcare Services on Monday, September 30, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Woonsocket High School, 777 Cass Avenue.
Public comment will be accepted during the scheduled public informational meeting.
RIAG and HEALTH will also accept written comments. Comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. on Monday, October 7, 2013, where practicable. Written comments may be submitted at the public informational meeting or may be forwarded to:
