The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Melgui Salguero with four counts of first degree child molestation.
It is alleged that on or about dates between June, 2006 and October, 2006, Salguero molested a person 14 years or under, with the molestation being in the first degree. The alleged events took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Salguero is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on September 4, 2013.

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Julio Marshall with three counts of first degree robbery.
It is alleged that on or about May 13, 2013, May 15, 2013 and May 20, 2013, Julio Marshall committed first degree robbery. The alleged events took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Marshall is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on September 4, 2013.
Diamond Wilson-Wooten, DOB 4/12/94

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Diamond Wilson-Wooten with one count of murder.
It is alleged that on or about April 2, 2013, Diamond Wilson-Wooten stabbed Charlie Otero in the heart after confronting him at a bus stop in Kennedy Plaza. Otero made it into McCormick & Schmick's restaurant seeking help, where he collapsed as a result of his wound. He later died after being transported to RI Hospital.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Wilson-Wooten is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on September 4, 2013.
