Interim Report of the Washington County Grand Jury (Reported November 15, 2013)

Robert Taylor, DOB: 10/31/67 LKA: 485 Plainfield Street Providence, RI W1-2013-0407A

The Washington County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Robert Taylor with murder, mutilation of a corpse, two counts of larceny under $1,500 and vandalism.

It is alleged that on or about dates between May 3, 2013 and May 7, 2013, Robert Taylor murdered his mother Alison Taylor, cut her body into pieces and placed them a dumpster near her residence. It is further alleged that Robert Taylor vandalized collection boxes and stole money and knives from St. Thomas More Church.

The alleged incidents took place in Narragansett and the Narragansett Police conducted the investigation. Taylor, who is currently being held without bail, is scheduled to be arraigned in Washington County Superior Court on November 25, 2013
