The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Julius Durant with one count of first degree sexual assault. It is alleged that on or about October 26, 2013, Durant sexually assaulted a female. The alleged assault took place in East Providence and the East Providence Police conducted the investigation. Durant is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on March 12, 2014.
