The Complainant alleged the Rhode Island Atomic Energy Commission ("RIAEC) violated the Open Meetings Act ("OMA") on several occasions. After review of all allegations, this Department found the RIAEC violated the OMA when it failed to properly conduct and record an open call for the following meetings: September 7, 2012; December 10, 2012; and January 2, 2013. Based upon the evidence presented, however, this Department found no willful or knowing violations.
