The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Brian Rosa with two counts of first degree arson, four counts of conspiracy and two counts of breaking and entering.
It is alleged that on or about October 24, 2013, Rosa and an unnamed, un-indicted co-conspirator broke into a vacant house located at 1 Yale Avenue, Johnston, and set fire to it. It is further alleged that on or about November 3, 2013, the two broke into another vacant house, located at 87 Greenville Avenue, Johnston, and set fire to it.
The Johnston Police and the State Fire Marshal's Office handled the investigation. Rosa is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 30, 2014.
Jasmine Moore, DOB: 7/18/91 117 Verndale Ave. Providence, RI P1-2014-1042A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Jasmine Moore with one count of first degree arson. It is alleged that on or about November 25, 2013, Jasmine Moore set fire to a residence located at 685 Manton Avenue, Providence.
The Providence Fire Department Arson Squad handled the investigation. Moore is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 30, 2014.
Toni Irons, DOB: 12/17/67 184 Linwood Ave. Providence, RI P1-2014-1043A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Toni Irons with one count of first degree arson. It is alleged that on or about November 23, 2013, Toni Irons set fire to a residence located at 114 Althea Street, Providence.
The Providence Police and Providence Fire Department Arson Squad handled the investigation. Irons is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 30, 2014.
Robert Attwood, DOB: 6/2/82 72 Cross Street Woonsocket, RI P1-2014-1044A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Robert Attwood with first degree robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon and simple assault. It is alleged that on or about December 15, 2013, Robert Attwood robbed one person and assaulted two others, one with a knife. The alleged incident took place in North Smithfield.
The North Smithfield Police handled the investigation. Attwood is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 30, 2014.
Frank Green, DOB: 12/31/73 94 Alexander Street North Providence, RI P1-2014-1045ADV
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Frank Green with two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon in a dwelling, assault with intent to murder, domestic strangulation, domestic breaking and entering, violation of a no contact order, refusing to relinquish a telephone and larceny under $1,500.
It is alleged that on or about February 12, 2014, Green violated a no contact order when he broke into the home of a former girlfriend, where he violently assaulted her with a knife and box cutter, strangled her and stole $800.
The alleged incident took place in North Providence. The North Providence Police handled the investigation. Green is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 30, 2014.
German Cintron, DOB: 7/25/87 342 Dyer Ave. Cranston, RI P1-2014-1046A
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging German Cintron of two counts of first degree child molestation. It is alleged that on or about August 25, 2013, Cintron molested a girl 14 years or younger, with the molestation being in the first degree.
The alleged incident took place in Cranston. The Cranston Police handled the investigation. Cintron is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 30, 2014.
Noel Brown, DOB: 7/20/94 19 Knowles Street Providence, RI P1-2014-1047A
Christian Castle, DOB: 6/15/95 23 Warren Street Providence, RI P1-2014-1047B
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Noel Brown and Christian Castle each with first degree robbery and conspiracy. It is alleged that on or about October 5, 2013, Brown and Castle conspired to commit robbery and did rob an individual.
The alleged incident took place in Providence. Brown and Castle are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 30, 2014.

Santana Johnson, DOB: 2/12/89 44 Grape Street Providence, RI P1-2014-1048B
Yasainey Sallah, DOB: 2/23/90 401 Academy Ave. Providence, RI P1-2014-1048C
The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Mary O'Neal, Santana Johnson, and Yasainey Sallah each with first degree robbery and conspiracy. It is alleged that O'Neal, Johnson and Sallah conspired with one another to commit robbery and did rob an individual. The alleged incident took place in Providence.
The Providence Police handled the investigation. O'Neal and Johsnon are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 30, 2014.
