The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Dwayne Silva and Brandon Alves each with one count of first degree robbery and conspiracy.
It is alleged that on or about February 6, 2014, Silva and Alves conspired to commit robbery and did rob an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree. The alleged event took place in Providence.
The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Silva and Alves are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on May 14, 2014.
