Interim Report of the Kent County Grand Jury (Reported July 1, 2014)

Robert Bailey, age 21 212 Jefferson Street Warwick, RI K1-2014-0397B

The Kent County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Michael Palermo and Robert Bailey each with burglary, first degree robbery, breaking and entering a premise occupied by a person over 60 years of age, conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit first degree robbery.

It is alleged that on or about February 1, 2014, Palermo and Bailey broke into a residence in Warwick occupied by a person over 60 years of age and robbed an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree.

The Warwick Police conducted the investigation. Palermo and Bailey, both being held without bail, are scheduled to be arraigned in Kent County Superior Court on July 25, 2014.
