The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Raul Garcia and Valente Cabral with one count each of conspiracy, first degree robbery, possession of a firearm without a license and use of a firearm while committing a crime of violence. Additionally, Garcia was charged with one count of altering the ID on a firearm.
It is alleged that on or about July 24, 2014, Garcia and Cabral conspired to and did rob an individual using a firearm they were not licensed to carry, and of which Garcia had altered the identification.
The alleged incidents took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Garcia and Cabral are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on October 22, 2014.

It is alleged that on or about February 12, 2014, Briggs robbed an individual, with the robbery being in the first degree.
The alleged incident took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Briggs is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on November 5, 2014.

It is alleged that on or about April 15, 2014, Vieira sexually molested a child fourteen years of age or younger, with the molestation being in the first degree.
The alleged incidents took place in East Providence, and the East Providence Police conducted the investigation.

The Providence County Grand Jury reported out an indictment charging Alex Delrosario and Anneurys Prado each with one count of first degree robbery, three counts of conspiracy and one count of possession of a firearm while committing a crime of violence. In addition, Delrosario is also charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. Prado is further charged with possession of a stolen vehicle.
It is alleged that on or about April 8, 2014, Delrosario and Prado, who were in possession of a firearm, robbed an individual. It is further alleged that Delrosario assaulted the victim with a handgun while committing the robbery. Additionally, it is alleged that on or about April 10, 2014, Prado was in possession of a stolen 2000 silver Honda.
The alleged events took place in Providence and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Delrosario and Prado are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on October 22, 2014.
