Justice Andrade, age 21 108 Providence Street Providence, RI P1-2014-3123AG
The Providence County Grand Jury today reported an indictment charging Justice Andrade with murder, discharge of a firearm while in the commission of a crime of violence death resulting and possession of a firearm without a license.
It is alleged that on or about July 19, 2014, Andrade shot and killed Ty Shon Perry on River Avenue in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Andrade is scheduled to be arraigned before Superior Court Justice Robert D. Krause on October 22, 2014
