The Locally-Administered Pension and OPEB Study Commission released its report to the Governor and General Assembly leadership on January 9, 2015. The Division of Municipal Finance, in the Department of Revenue provided administrative and analytical support to the Commission.
The report includes recommendations for the improved security and funding of locally-administered pension and other post-retirement benefit obligations of local entities. The report is divided in four sections—recommendations, supplementary information for the recommendations, general pension related information and, OPEB related information.
