Interim Report of the Providence County Grand Jury (Reported March 17, 2015)

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Sendra Beauregard with murder and discharge of a firearm while in the commission of a crime of violence resulting in death.

It is alleged that on or about December 2, 2014, Beauregard shot and killed Pamela Donahue.

The alleged event took place in Providence. The Providence Police conducted the investigation. Beauregard is scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on March 24, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Ciro Parenteau and Albert Dubois each with one count of first degree robbery, use of a firearm while in the commission of a crime of violence, possession of a stolen firearm while committing a crime of violence, carrying a firearm without a license and conspiracy.

It is alleged that on or about September 18, 2014, Parenteau and Dubois conspired and robbed an employee at Royal Fried Chicken at 532 Manton Avenue in Providence using a stolen firearm, a Charter Arms Bulldog .44 special revolver, which they were not licensed to carry.

The alleged events took place in Providence, and the Providence Police conducted the investigation. Parenteau and Dubois are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court before Justice Robert D. Krause on March 24, 2015.

The Providence County Grand Jury today reported out an indictment charging Matthew Squadrito and Joshua Correia each with one count of first degree robbery, assault with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy.

It is alleged that on or about multiple dates in December 2014, Squadrito and Correia, along with an unknown co-conspirator, conspired and that on or about December 15, 2014, they robbed an individual. It is further alleged that on or about December 17, 2014, Squadrito and Correia assaulted another individual with a firearm.

The alleged events took place in Woonsocket and the Woonsocket Police conducted the investigation. Squadrito and Correia are scheduled to be arraigned in Providence County Superior Court on April 8, 2015.
